HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Drop us a note via our CONTACT FORM with your order number, ATTN: RETURNS and include your reason for the return. Please DO NOT send your goods back to the manufacturer as this WILL NOT qualify for a refund. 

Before a return can be processed, we need to verify the purchase was made on Trendy & Tested. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products. We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned were received in the last 7 days. After 7 days of receiving the order, all sales are final and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Several types of goods are also exempt from being returned, such as products that are intimate, sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards, e-vouchers and store credits do not qualify for returns.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over USD 45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and refunds are only processed upon receipt of your returned item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Damaged or incorrect goods are not eligible for refunds but we will replace the items if they are defective or damaged. If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified within 2 days of order receipt to correct the issue by issuing you a replacement. 

Just drop us a note via our CONTACT FORM with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim.

The sooner you notify us the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 5 days, which means we are unable to replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 2 days.

EXCHANGES

Drop us a note via our CONTACT FORM and specify your order number. You will need to return the item you have received. Once your return parcel has been received, we will ship out the item you wish to exchange for. Do note that you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your original item.

ELIGIBILITY

Trendy & Tested shall only accept returns and grant replacements and refunds on the condition that the items being returned, replaced or refunded were purchased from our site. Your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. We would need to verify these details before issuing you a return. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
