Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to make changes to your order once it has been confirmed.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?
We are not able to make changes to your shipping address once your order has been confirmed.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
We are unable to make changes to your order once they process to our warehouse and this process happens very quickly. If you have provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address and your order has been processed and can’t be changed, please contact the carrier to alert them to the issue. 

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is processed, it is not able to be cancelled. 

I have not received my order confirmation email, what should I do?
Order confirmations are sent as soon as your payment is received. Please check your Spam or Junk Mail Box and if you’re unable to find your order confirmation email, please drop us a message via our CONTACT FORM for assistance. 

My package says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Oh no! This is never an ideal situation for any customer and we always try to do our best in assisting our customers to locate their goodies. We recommend you look around your front porch, lobby and ask your neighbor. If your package is still not found, please contact the carrier who delivered your package.

  • Occasionally postal employees will mark a parcel as delivered while the package is still on their truck. On some occasions, the package can even be delivered up to 2 days after the package is marked "delivered"! Should your package be marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and inquire further to the whereabouts of your parcel.
  • Because the postal service has marked your package as “delivered”, they have taken responsibility for the delivered goods at your address and it is their responsibility to also locate the goods if they are missing.
  • If your local post office branch cannot offer any explanation on where your package is, you should pursue filing a claim with the postal service - either at the branch from which your package was last scanned or online here >> https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 
We are unable to offer compensation for most orders that are missing after the postal service has marked the goods as delivered. We are not liable for parcels left on your porch, and/or front door, lobby or missed deliveries. 

It says my item is on “Backorder”, when will I receive it?
Orders containing ‘Backorder’ items are shipped when product becomes available. Orders containing both ‘Backorder’ & ‘In-Stock’ items will not be shipped until ‘Backorder’ items are available.

I have ordered multiple items, why do they arrive at different times?
We process orders without consolidating shipment to ensure that you will receive your items as quickly as possible. This is completely normal and some items will arrive earlier than others. Do drop us a note via our CONTACT FORM if you need further assistance.

How do I make an order on your site?
Follow our 5-step process below. If you still have difficulty, drop us a note via our CONTACT FORM and we'll send you an email invoice instead :)

  1. Click on the ADD TO CART button. Check that the QUANTITY and COLOR selections are correct. If you would like to change the QUANTITY, just click on the "-" Minus Sign Button once to reduce your quantity selection by one.
  2. Click on the CHECKOUT button.
  3. Click on ORDER SUMMARY to key in your DISCOUNT CODE if you have one. You may choose to pay via PAYPAL if you have an account. Otherwise, please key in your shipping address and click on the CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD button. 
  4. Check that your shipping address is correct, select shipping method, then click on the CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD button.
  5. Key in your credit card details. Then click on the COMPLETE ORDER button. You'll receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment. Do check your spam or junk mails if you can't find your order confirmation email. 


How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, you may use Paypal, linked to your bank account or Debit Card. Where applicable, you may also make payment using e-vouchers and store credit. We do not accept money orders, bank cheques or payment in kind. 

How do I apply my discount code?
After you've clicked on the CHECKOUT button, click on ORDER SUMMARY to reveal the field for you to key in your discount code. Just type in your discount code and click "APPLY".

If you still have difficulty applying your discount code, drop us a note with your Order Number & Discount Code via our CONTACT FORM and we'll apply the discount manually on your order.

Can I stack discount codes?
Customers are also not allowed to stack discount codes i.e. one discount code may only be used for one order. All coupon codes and/or advertised discounts may be redeemed once per customer unless otherwise specified. 

Are there any hidden charges or taxes?
There are no hidden charges or taxes at Trendy & Tested. However, all orders are processed in USD at the most recent exchange rate available issued by your domestic bank. If your credit card does not bill in USD, there may be slight currency charges charged by your bank, not us!

Are your prices in USD?
All listed prices are in USD. You can switch to a different currency display with the currency switcher drop-down in the menu. We charge in USD, and the currency switcher only changes the price display and gives an estimation of the price in your target currency. The actual exchange rate is set by your bank.

I was unable to make payment for an item that I previously added into my cart. 
Items added to your cart will only be reserved for you within a certain time frame. The item will be sold to the next person in line if payment is not made within the time frame. You may add to cart the item again, or if the item has sold out, feel free to drop us a note via our CONTACT FORM.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! All payments are protected by industry standard encryption & Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates & virus protection software. Our SSL software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

My payment was rejected. What do I do?
Please check that your billing information is correct on submission. If a problem persists, please contact your bank for assistance or you may also opt to pay via PayPal.
