Yes! We are proud to be a global brand that ships to 288 countries worldwide! However, we currently do not ship to Albania, Algeria, Kosovo, Martinique, Nigeria, South Sudan, Tunsia, Iceland and the Fiji Islands.
How much is shipping?
FLAT Standard Shipping Fee of US$2.99 - US$5.99 on all orders worldwide depending on the weight of your order, unless otherwise specified.
For Express Shipping ANYWHERE in the world, just top up a flat fee of US$22!

How long is shipping?
Please allow ~2 to 3 weeks or so for delivery in USA and UK, and 3-5 weeks for the rest of the world.

All orders are dispatched within 2 – 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipping transit takes about 15 - 25 business days from dispatch depending on stock availability.
DO NOTE THAT SHIPPING DURING THE PEAK HOLIDAY PERIOD WILL TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL.
If you're buying from outside of United States (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. If for some reason your order is detained at customs, we'll send you a replacement! Just drop us a note via our CONTACT FORM with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
Express Shipping takes about 5-10 business days from the dispatch day. Most orders will be shipped via DHL Express, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
Can you let me know my exact shipping date?
We are unable to provide an exact delivery date and time of your order due to unforeseen circumstances not within our control such as natural disasters, bad weather, holidays and etc.
Where does your item ship from?
We procure from various partners worldwide and have warehouses strategically located in the US, Europe and Asia.
What is my tracking number?
We do not provide tracking numbers for Standard Shipping but YOUR ORDERS WILL ALWAYS SHIP within 2-4 business days of payment. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will drop you an e-mail immediately. If you do not receive your package within 60 business days from dispatch, we provide a FULL 100% REFUND. Just drop us a message via our CONTACT FORM with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
If you have opted for Express Shipping, you would have received your Tracking Number in an e-mail. If you fail to receive the email or need more information about tracking details, drop us a note via our CONTACT FORM with your order number and we will help you communicate with the courier.
Why do you not issue tracking numbers for Standard Shipping?
The couriers we use do not issue tracking numbers to us. If we request for that, we would have to pay more which will result in higher prices at Trendy & Tested. We want to cut away unnecessary costs and pass on these savings to you, which is why we have our couriers GUARANTEE DELIVERY instead. As such, we are able to issue you a FULL 100% REFUND if you do not receive your package within 90 business days from dispatch. Do note that guaranteed delivery ONLY applies to the United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom and Australia.
Where is my order?
You may always drop us a note via our CONTACT FORM with your order number to check on our order status. If for some reason your order is detained at customs, we'll send you a replacement!
